ABOUT WinEDA
WinEDA’s mission is to expand the City’s tax base and create job opportunities by supporting existing businesses and attracting new businesses.
WinEDA is a branch of the City of Windom dedicated to encouraging business development and growth in Windom. Oversight includes the Windom City Council and the EDA Board which is comprised of appointed Board Members and liaisons to both the City Council and the Cottonwood County Board of Commissioners. Each year, the EDA Board develops SMART goals to guide EDA activities throughout the following year.
